A little Hepburn inspiration.
Melody’s sister made all the outfits at this wedding. Well not all of them but almost…the brides dress, all the bridesmaids dresses, the groom’s suit, her grandmother’s outfit…I’m sure there were more…to say I was impressed is a bit of an understatement.
The reception was at Tirohana Estate. They sure know how to look after their guests.
And the awesome Dara Wakely was on hair and make-up.
Lovely day, lovely people.
I love a good lolly table.

I’m going to try sugar free for a while. Maybe after easter. Or maybe just during the day. Or maybe I’ll just cut out certain treats. Yeah, I’ll just cut out aniseed. I’m sure the rest will be fine.
I never liked aniseed anyway.

Love natural settings. Love urban settings too. But there’s something mighty fine about sunlight and trees and dappled light.
These lovely people got married at Ohariu Farm…it was gorgeous golden light for a bit and then…no light. Good Bye autumn…Hello winter.
